Frequently asked questions
Is the treatment safe?
Yes. Every booking starts with a medical health questionnaire that is reviewed before your appointment. Our licensed nurses work under German physician oversight and use sterile, single-use materials only. If anything in your questionnaire needs clarification, our medical team contacts you before the visit.
When can I book an appointment?
Our mobile team in Munich works every day, Monday to Sunday, from 10:00 to 22:00. Appointments on Sundays include a €50 service surcharge per booking.
How fast can a nurse be at my hotel?
Appointments need to be booked at least 3 hours in advance – that is when our team needs to know. In urgent cases we are often at your hotel within 60 to 90 minutes during service hours (10:00–22:00).
What are the travel fees?
The travel fee is €100 within Munich city and €150 in the Munich surroundings – charged once per booking. Every additional guest at the same address only pays half (€50 in the city, €75 in the surroundings). Example: the Hangover Drip (€240) plus city travel fee is €340 all-inclusive.
Can we book as a group?
Yes – you can add fellow travellers to one booking and everyone can choose their own drip. The full travel fee is charged only once; every additional guest pays half. Just make sure your hotel room or suite comfortably fits the group.
How do I pay?
You pay cash or card when the nurse arrives. When booking, you simply place your card on file as a guarantee; nothing is charged. Only if you miss the appointment without cancelling, the full amount is charged to that card.
What happens if I cancel or miss the appointment?
You can cancel free of charge up to 6 hours before your appointment – just send us a WhatsApp message. If you are not there when the nurse arrives and have not cancelled, the full amount is charged to the card you placed on file.
Do I have to fill in anything before the visit?
Yes, but it is short: after booking you receive a link to a five-question health check in English (allergies, medication, pre-existing conditions, pregnancy, consent). Our medical team reviews it before the nurse arrives.
Can I talk to a doctor first?
Yes. You can book a video consultation with a German physician – in English – for 60 € per 15 minutes. If medically appropriate, the doctor can also issue a prescription.
Do you come to hotels during Oktoberfest?
Yes – the Wiesn weeks are our busiest season. We visit hotels, apartments and private residences across Munich, discreetly and in your own room. During Oktoberfest we recommend booking the evening before or early in the morning.
Which areas do you cover, and how is the zone decided?
We cover Munich and the surrounding area. The zone follows your ZIP code automatically: 80331–81929 counts as Munich city (€100), everything else as Greater Munich (€150).
